🌍 International Shipping

We offer shipping to additional countries depending on availability and logistics. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout.

  • Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day

📦 Tracking

All orders are shipped using a fully tracked service.
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or predict these costs.

In the event that customs fees are not paid, the order will be sent back to us by the carrier. After we receive the product, we will issue and automatic refund, deducting the original delivery cost.

📦 Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@staydrvn.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our product, we operate a strict returns policy.

🔄 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be new, unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@staydrvn.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

📩 Return Process

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the item is damaged or incorrect

💳 Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We recommend retaining proof of postage when returning items.
